Abstract
Based on qualitative research conducted on teams of Romanian students in Engineering and Management that participated in transnational teams within the framework of an international simulation program on global technologies for sustainable development, specific features in relation with the development of entrepreneurship capacity (values, skills competencies) were identified and examined. It was found that specific cultural biases influenced the way the Romanian students approached various issues related to real and complex global technology decisions. They were also identified the benefits and limitations of a virtual learning environment designed to enhance entrepreneurial "green" education.
